BF2 memory error & supression effect bug

First one, annoying sometomes, gets me BF2 memory error at 51% loading Geometries. It happens on the second map you play (I hink, don't really remember).

Second one, I was playing as a Taliban on OP Archer. Ofter a few mins into the game i spawned at the airport. I headed towards the bunker ad who would of thaught, first it blinked red but after a second it just stayed red. I wanted to take a creenshot but insted of that I've got myself a CTD. The red was just a transparent overlay of the normal texture tho.

And is the suppresion effect totaly black screen now? (Doesn't say anything in the changelog so I though maybe it is a bug. Or i'm blind...:roll

EDIT: Yup, suppresion was a bug too...I have normal effect now, but that black screen was was kinda cooler, like blinking when bullets go past your head...

I had your 2nd problem too setting my shadow and lighting to medium fixed it ATI 4870 x2 gfx card

Tnx, I'm getting the first one sourted out, but I've been living on low graphics too much time to change anything back from all max for the second problem

There is no real difference from medium lighting/shadowing and high that will make you want to go back + your fps will go up.

also are you running vista 32?

Hes running Vista 64 bit

I would guess he has medium to high end computer if hes running vista 64 bit
