Fallujah smoke bug ? plz read.

I was playing on Fallujah as a sniper ( the game was boring no team leadin etc... so i play lone wolf...) i place my self on the mosq near the USMC camp. And there is a car burning on the road corner, the smoke pass on the tower of the mosq, when i put my scope, every single trees whitin the smoke became WHITE and when i put more zoom i see a little whit circle stepin back and more white trees..

So there is 2 options :

1-Thats caused by BF2Engine/PR Bug.

2-My GPU is dying.(no overclocking. 8800GTS.)

So, is there any info about that or i need to check my PC/setting/etc...
