Oooh, how scenic :)

I really love the coral, but would it be possible for the shallower water covering it to be more transparent, to show case it better?

Also, can you show some more of the sky box? Would be cool if there was a storm "approaching", though that'd probably require alot of effort for little or no gain.

ye, plan on making the water more transparent the only way that I think its possible is editing the terrain lightmaps by hand but will do that later on, as for the sky texutre, its the same as the one from muttrah but going to get a new one in time is my plan.

Nice, what else are you planing on doing to the map then? Just touching up on details? Or are you going to place any more statics anywhere? It's looking better and better, you should let us test it for you when it's nearly done though :p

not planning much more, trying to keep this map as simple as possible as what happens with every other map I do is a have to over complicate them making them span out over a long period of time, I want to get this map pretty much done :p

So ye, only planning on doing a few more things before calling it finished I hope, mainly just fixing up some textures, placing a few more statics and overgrowth, fixing up my coral a bit more, want to get some pinks etc in there so will probably be making some more custom coral or hope that Z-trooper is going to make some for his virtual fish tank then going to call it done, after of course the lightmapping and GPOs etc :p

ehhh bad, thou not too bad as I saved a few mins before it started rendering stuff wrong so all it means is I have to restart the editor, and wait 10mins for it to reload everything... :p

ahahah Nice Work Rhino. That stuff looks Amazing! But that messup in the editor is probably the portal to the universe of PR...

Name suggestion : Lee Shore

interesting, will consider it thou dont really resemble much about what the maps about. Thinking something along the lines of "Cut-throat Reef" right now hehe.

Hey I've decided since I'm really a bit of an outsider here to look at some of the other maps here, I mean I just started using the bf2 editor a couple of weeks ago as a break from programming and never really took the opportunity to look at other peoples stuff or see what's going on. This map looks really cool, especially the reef. I've got a copy of BF Pirates somewhere I really ought to fire it up again some time...
