Civs get punished for being killed aswell?

Everytime I get killed while playing civs I get a 120 second spawn delay aswell? Not sure if that was meant but it didn't say anything in the manual. Did I do somethin wrong here?

No it is not a bug. It was added because too many civis would act like insurgents to get killed.So, the added a long spawn to discourage players to want to get shot. If you were a civi in a war zone would you want to get killed?

Well then its not discouraging players wanting to get shot, its discouraging using the kit.

And correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't there alot of civs wanting to get killed in that region. Look at the suicide bombers for instance.

They are armed, and therefore no longer civis.

i like to get shot as a civ, the punishment for the attacking force by far out weighs the time penalty inposed on me.
If i get shot 6 times in a round how many tickets has it cost them ? plus they are also out for an extended period leaving our forces to out number them !
