Whats happening with this/what is the plan?

Personally I think it should be sent off now. The signatures dropping off now, so its better to look like it got loads of signatures in a short time.

Also if they agreed to the changes, they will be made in the 1.5 patch which theyre working on right now and are due to release very soon ( Im pretty sure this will be the last patch as well )
I say SEND IT OFF NOW!!!!!!!!!!

That can be good 114 ppl on a server we just need to make biger map and add more heli, transport.
But the idea of 8 ppl in 1 squad is very good, i mean im in the army and most of the unit of inf we have 7-8 ppll in a squad and its beter to have 8 cuz you have less comunicatoin in voip/vent/ts2 .

This is what one of the DICE BF producers had to say today on another forum:

That would be nice I agree but no other FPS comes close to what Battlefield does. 64 players with vehicles etc. Our server resourse requirements are already pretty heavy, imagine what it'd be like with more people.

And yes, more that 64 players in a game is a lot of fun

This is what the DICE BF2 producer had to say to me in a PM regarding player limit:

I remember that email, we did reply to it as well. The limit has been set because of stability and server hardware loads when its increased. The value is hard coded to prevent this being modified. As you can imagine the more players we have the more unstable the servers become and we have a lot of issues we have to address getting 64 players stable. In the near future we don't have plans to unlock this option but in the future it could be something we look at again.

So theyll be no player limit increase in the new patch

There will always be hope. I think this is some server in China. But, I don't think it worked. I never saw it get above 64.
