Engaging Civilians?
Last night, I was on Fallujah as a US sniper. I noticed an insurgent and a civilian walking together down the main road. I took out the insurgent, and the civilian promptly depolyed the epipen and medic bag. Therefore, I took him out too. However, it said that I had been punished for shooting a civilian. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't .85 changed so that a civilian is flagged as a legitimate target for one minute after they use a medic bag or epipen?

Just looked through the "Bugs" section, and apparently it is listed as a bug. My apologies for posting this.

I hope its not a bug. Are you allowed to take out an un-armed civilian even if you sense hostile intent? Surely not

Magic revival of armed hostiles is not what I'd call "hostile intend". Thats as bad as shooting at you.

Hostile Intent.
As far as I'm concerned, if a civilian is using binos, it's hostile intent, rezzing a downed insurgent, hostile intent.

well even germans are trained.. if "civillians" in any form help terrorists, they are terrorists too - maybe unarmed, but if they put a threat on you ( what this guy would do by reviving an armed person ) you are in fact allowed to shoot him..

but these are collaborators....... not civilians
once they help out the enemy they are hostiles.

Helping a dying man is not hostile intent, that would not stand up in a military court for one moment.
If your a sniper, you safety is not really at risk from an AK.
