@ G.Drew: You need to use a BitTorrent client application to download .torrent files. The 58k file you downloaded is used by a BitTorrent clients (I recomment http://www.utorrent.com ) to download the actual file.

uTorrent is only about 154kb in size so it is tiny but has lots of features. Open the 58kb .torrent file you downloaded earlier and uTorrent will do the rest.

ive cancelled the totalbf2 file
im now going to upload with utorrent
btw c if u lose a connection but it reconnects a sec later, wil that corrupt the file or will the download stop then go again?

No, you can pause/stop/restart download at any time. When you restart, your Torrent client will check to see which chunks of the file you already have and will only download the missing chunks. It's very cool and is designed to download from multiple, untrusted, and unreliable connections/clients.
