Help starting

Hmm...

I download everything, the the version 08 core files, the map files for that, and the SP map pack 1 along with the patch for it, but there's no shortcut for the singleplayer.

So I go and change the path to "C:\Program Files\EA Games\Battlefield 2\mods\pr\pr.exe" +modPath mods/pr_sp_08 +menu 1 +fullscreen 1".

But when I start that, just normal Battlefield starts up.

So then I try normal PR, but there isn't a menu option for 'Singleplayer'.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You won't find access to PRSP via normal PR, they are separate programs.

During installation of the maps for PRSP, you should have been given an option for a desktop icon. Do you recall seeing and/or checking that off? I'm not sure how to manually create an icon for it since it fires off the main BF2 program..

Try a reinstall of PRSP and make sure that "icon" option is selected.
