LAV-AT Variant

Post by badmojo420 »

Is the LAV in game an EA model? Can it be modified at all?

I ask because it wouldn't take very much to add a TOW turret and replace the TOW Humvee with the LAV-AT on maps like Qwai River. But if its an EA model, a whole new model would need to be created, and it wouldn't be worth the amount of work.

Oh come on we need some TOW maps :) However you guys could remove one of the strykers and add an LAV. But I like the map the way it is :)

actually i pretty much lvoe the setup on qwai as it is right now.

quick reaction time but few armor on USMC, slower but more armor on PLA makes for nice tactical gameplay :)

Calm down guys i was only using that map as an example of USMC with a tow vehicle. It's always up to whoever setups the assets. The more the merrier i always think. But it doesn't matter as we can't edit the dice model anyway.

I remember this once being mentioned before, though I was against it in it's own terms then because they are much less common then the normal LAV. I can't remember were the post is, I'll dig it up, but iirc there was at least 10 times more LAVs over LAV-ATs from ~2003 data or something.
