Make crewman kit to need 2 players in squad before it can be requested.
If there still are vehicles that requires only one person then my suggestion is useless.

yap. there are still some. but afaik mainly the chinese AAV which shouldn't move on its own in the first place.

I think its not really effective.
They just join one of those Mixed-up-SL-is-a-SAW-Gunner-Squads and still go on their own.
A better solution would be, that there a 2 people required in the vehicle to drive it. But that would end up pretty bad if one of them gets killed or dissconected.

But then they have to wait 2min until they get a kit. In this time can come a "normal Squadmember" and take the vehicle!

He has to wait 2min anyway, because he cant request a kit unless he is in a squad

Think if, it's a new squad member joining, and there has one been already waiting for a vehicle for 10 minutes. And now he have to wait extra two minutes for him .

they should make it just kill you if your soloing a 2 man veh and go out side the DoD so soloer's cant leave the DoD

It would make it easier to have just a 2 member squad instead of having a really large squad with a bunch of other guys ruining the point of the squad.

battlefield. That's not what the 5+ extra seats are for.

How about, you need 2 guys in the vehicle within the next 30sec or you get killed. So you could still drive it to your mate (driver jumping out and in, if necessary) but you wouldnt be able go solo.

Well, There could be a squad of 6 with just one Armored vehicle, They could ride around in the seats for like scouting out an area for mines or what not

Or just tag along in a humvee for mobile repair without having to drive back and forth to the Main/Repair area.

EDIT: Or have an extra crewman inside just in case someone dies/leaves
