Sniper is getting Useless!

The Sniper in PR 0.85:

He´s lying on his Position. He waits several Minutes for his Shot, in this Time he gave alot of needed Recon to his Team and than his Time begins. A Target, not moving, alone on the Roof, another Sniper. He starts to aim on his Head, hold the Breath and wait............"Bang" Headshot. The Target making a Backflip aginst the Wall and is History.
A little Medic standing by, heard the Deathscream and a call for Medic,climbing up the Ladder. What he saw is a Horrible Picture, Blood, Brain, Bonefragments, Hair. But is doesn´t scaring him, he picking up all the Pieces, put it in the Hole of enemy Snipers Head and revive him. Both running into a safety Zone and a few Seconds later the Sniper is back in Business.

Well Man, THIS SUCKS. Headshot is Headshot. The Sniper is Damned to a Human UAV. Everytime you kill an Enemy, there will be a Medic near to revive your Target. If you kill the Medic first, another grap his Kit and revive him.
I´ve had several Rounds where im killing more than 15 Targets with Headshot, but got only 5 till 8 Kills on Counter.
It´s frustrating, you try to prevent an Enemy Squad from setting a Rallypoint. You shoot the Officer, Medic revive him, you shoot the Medic first, another One grap his Kit and continue his Work. Sure it´s Teamplay inside a Squad, but as Sniper you are Useless as long a Medic is in Range.

My Suggestion:

If an Player dies by Headshot, shorten the possible Revive Time to max. 30 Seconds. Or Headshot will meaning Headshot.
