Could of sworn I made a thread about this before, but nevermind.
Anyway, I keep getting this weird delayed effect on peoples voices in mumble when I'm not in a game and was wondering if anyone had the same problem and perhaps a solution to it. Basically people will start talking, and after a couple of seconds whatever they said a few seconds ago (often when they're still talking since it's a pretty immediate effect) will repeat in a really weird messed up kinda way, almost the same kinda effect when you get packet loss.
Not sure what this is, I've played with the quality settings and they don't seem to make a difference, and it only happens when not being in game (of any description it seems not just BF2 games), before the effect happens everything is crystal clear too.

not sure if we are talking about the same thing,
but when your jitter buffer is set too low some kind of same effect appears
the strange for me was i had to set it through the audio wizard, the setting in the options didnt work for me
