Re: Your sniper guide for PR 0.85
Ok i got footage of sniping beyond the 600m mark.
A quick show of how high up it needs to be.
Apparently... dont even try... it takes about 3 shots with the m24 to kill. Unless its a head shot. i tried at 750m, and at 850 m. It took two shots at 750, and 3 shots at 850.
PS: I will upload a quick video as soon as i can.

nice vid.
Btw. i also like snipeing a lot!
But i have the feeling that in the new version the time to settle is reduced very much.
I sprinted, lay down, wait 3 sec and shot. And i droped the guy. At bigger ranges i think the 8 sec work.

-nice "rules" for sniping
-nice vid
-nice sniping skills
but you video editing skills arent the best, if you know what I mean
The resolution is kinda "sterched" vertically =/ Did you take the video with a widescreen resolution and safed it after some video editing with 4:3 resolution?

At such long ranges you are usually better of just spotting/lasering. Had a sniper laser and spot for us on Karbala once: he got 0 kills, but he helped us get atleast 20 and take down a cache.

yep, i never encourage to snipe a laying down target beyond 600m.
I mean, i cant really imagine anybody trying to shoot a target at 850m, but i did take a vid of that for u guys just in case.
I got an Engineering based Phsycis II test coming up so i need time to study, il make the vid after thursday. Sry guys.
