Bi Ming British repair/rearm point

The British repair/rearm point on Bi Ming does not work at all.

Steps To Reproduce: Take logistics truck, drop crates and take to repair/rearm point.

Aha! I see what might be the problem. THis was also a problem on Asad Khal, whenever you've got the supply crates next to it, it won't resupply.

That's what's happened to me on Asad Khal once, at least.
