Same with the Apache. I think its tailwheel related.Solid Knight wrote:The helicopters landing in PR is very unforgiving. The Blackhawk has a tendency to violently spring backwards when it hits the ground.

The rotors rotate in PR, you just can´t see it. All you need to do is lift up very slowly.
Problem is, this is where mouse and keyboard will just fail to the extreme, you need constant directional input towards the hill, which only joysticks can truly achieve, maybe keyboard, and a very slow but constant increase in throttle, again, something only a joystick can do.

Re: Rotor stabalization
Yea i just hover when i need to drop on a hill. If i need to land i just land facing with my front of the helicopter to the bottom of the hill and press once "w"(i use mouse and keyboard) and when i get off i level out.
Now about the rotor stabilizaton, Do you mean as like blades of the rotor turn up and down? Kinda like this :
/ (the dash shows the position of blades when looking down the length of them)(best for fast and level flight, currently what it feels like in PR). Well if u mean that it's possible in real life although i think it would be either impossible or very hard to code. Although i could be wrong as i am no coder.
