like i always say to threads like this is: if you cant get in a squad with good people, make your own. make sure your intentions are clear by naming the squad something like "voip" or my favorite "no morons" then its quite simple. the kick button is your friend. someone joins your squad and jumps in a chopper when there is already a chopper squad? kick. someone jumps in to your voip squad without a mic? {happens all the time} kick. a squad member runs off to the total opposite side of the map that your in? kick. see where im going with this? eventually you will only have competent people in your squad. it may seem somewhat harsh, but these are public servers. your going to have to wade through a sea of morons no matter what.

Well, what are you asking about? How to improve it, where to find it, or why can't you find it? :D

Every server has it's good and bad days. Yet even on the bad days, you should still find a squad or two per side with VoiP. If you don't, there's nothing stoping you from switching squads, is there ;)

Though, it's all about what you want. Some servers have very strict rules to try and enforce teamwork, while others rely on players more, with less strictly-by-the-rules adminning. Just play on different ones until you find the type that you like.

Teamwork is in direct correlation to the quality of the Squad Leader. If you want teamwork on every server you join, my advice is to become one of those Squad Leaders that people like playing with. Otherwise, good squad leaders can be tough to find at times.

Mumble FTW :)

Seriously, add me on Xfire. Most of the servers I play on are always full of teamwork.

Yer i was a SL on Helmands Return community match... my squad came second overall just behing recon squad, so i know i can do it, it's just hard 2 find people willing to work together properly on public servers.
