Why should the US have all the fun with carriers?
Basically this would provide the Harrier with a platform in which it operates in real life and also add some uniqueness to the map. It might hiowever require a different aircraft carrier model for the ones British forces use are at this moment in time are smaller (HMS Invincible etc).
Two carriers would provide two starting spawnpoints for British forces and also add a uniqueness. One of the carriers would be based on HMS Ocean which (in real life) can support apaches, chinooks, lynx's and merlins. All which are coming to or already in PR. The other carrier would be be based on a carrier like HMS Invincible. It would operate the Harriers (say two of them), a merlin and if it can, apcs and boats. The helicopter carrier would also have boats or whatever is appropriate (HMS Ocean can carry but not operate harriers). So the two carriers armament would go something like 1 apache, 2 lynx's and boats for the helicopter carrier. 2 Harriers (sea harriers?), 1 merlin and apcs and/or boats.
The suggested opponent would be the MEC with a one time spawn of fighter aircraft of no determined number (once they are gone, they are gone) so as to stop repeat attacks of the aircraft cariers (which may come with their own defence systems like sea darts etc).
A suggested place of operations might be somewhere like Yemen or Oman.
