I see different corps there... many many of them.

The wisest would be to choose two or 3 of those camo schemes. One desert, one woodland and a third custom one we can add after (Urban, I thought of the nuclear service guard would be good for Urban) and choose wich one is used depending on the map : Kashan = Mechanized, Iron Eagle = Woodland, ... etc

Geometries are as follow :

Regular grun = MEC body + MEC Rifleman
Officer = MEC body + British reskinned Officer kit (beret)

That would be one solution. But these different uniforms represent different corps. In PR the USMC for example has desert or woodland camo, because they use both in real life. I'm just not sure if the IRIA uses camo other then the woodland. If we could get this answered by an adviser i would feel better. I don't want to do like you said and create 3 different camo patterns for each soldier, gear, etc, and then find out thats its unrealistic and can't be used, unless we add in the other corps who use that camo.

And why the MEC Body + XXXX, it dosn't HAVE to use the mec player models. I could reskin the britsh soldier if we wanted the beret to be used. But i believe in combat they would be wearing a helmet, berets look like they're used for parades. Or maybe they're used in combat by another corps.

Dont know i just know the brits kits clipped tho when i dod them with Us and Ef models, how about us the spec ops since he does have a beret and would be easier?

Yes Britons have the "big head" as we use to say in French...

And you did a nice work on that pilot, although I'm not sure if he should use the woodland camo. Do you have any refs of Iranian pilots? All I could find was pictures from the Iran-Iraq war.


And about them using tons of different camos - that's because every different branch of the armed forces have their own standard issue camouflage. Some of them even use more than one. You see the paratroopers having one, the IRGC (the ideological or religious army of Iran) another one, the marines and navy infantry another and so on.
We have already decided to model the regular army, and since all sources say they use nothing but US woodland that's what we are going for. Although I hope that one of our Iranian or Farsi-speaking members could find a good military advisor on one of those Farsi military forums. There are still some questions that need answers.

I'm don't think we can change the pilots uniform. Since anyone can pick up the kit.

I understand. And btw, the helmet they are using on the pictures I posted on the previous page is very similar to that of the MEC medic. You could use that one, but if it's possible add some variety between different kits (some have their helmet covered with helmet nets and camoflauge while others havn't covered it at all, like seen on those pictures).

Sorry for the long delay, it was the new year in Iran and 2 week vacation gave me time to do lots of things I had missed. Like marriage. yes I got married in these 2 weeks.

By the way back to business, Me and my wife's brother spend 2 hours making these sound clips in persian. We used Adobe Audition software but the Mic was a little bit noisy. still it is a good demonstration of our voices, i didnt find the time to apply effects on them but ... look at me ... you figure it urself.

by the way Sounds with name started Track1 are my wife's brothers sound, and Track2 are mine.

omg! this is a great idea.
Most of the models for this are already made.
i surpirsed to see in these pictures that Iran copies sooo many different vehicles, or makes forgien vehicles under licence, like the HAWK missile system, they also make thier own version of RPGs, and a similar tank that looks almost the same as a M1A1 Ambrams. They also copy many other things which is quite strange.
