I see the main contributers to the actual fighting in afghanistan being: british, canadian, americans, danish and dutch.
We work out of camp bastion under british command.
EDIT: forgot the polish, they operate out of bastion too I think.

You also forgot the Australians who have 400 more troops deployed than denmark ??:

Hehe, sorry mate can't know every nation fighting there but it seems that Aus is in the center. AFAIK there isnt all that much actual fighting there? I could be wrong.

I would rather see a Danish faction than the Norwegian one (altough that one is going to be sweet), too bad someone didn't start working on a Danish one earlier. I'm afraid it's too late now.

I believe the danes has some of the highest death rates in Afghanistan compared to the size of their population.

Sorry guys but Norwegian forces are much more relevant then the danish force! Reason well norwegian Special forces are 1 of the best in the world and the small population which acctually are in Afganisthan atm has been learned from the masters! And if they have a higher death rate doesnt mean they are more involved maybe they are not that good!

It's just a proposal. Maybe in the future some of these northern factions could be combined into one scandinavian faction? That could be really awesome.

Also I want to apologize if I gave the feeling of other countries contribution in afghanistan was not important - it IS, its just that in terms of a combat game it would be more fitting whit the factions actually doing the fighting hehe. But since the scenarios in PR are set in the future it would be better with factions that offer unique stuff so scenarios can be build around that.

Not sure mate. It depends on what it will add to gameplay.
Both our strongest point and our weakest point is that we use the same equipment as many of the other factions. Ours is a little mixed up but still basically the same.
So we would only require reskins, maps and voices which wouldnt add too much to the size of the game but allow for realism to be reflected in the game context.

Time will tell I guess. But as it is now we can't really do it even if we wanted to
