hey i've searched around and can't find an answer for this anywhere. When i try to load a map on the editor i get a message about init.con cannot be found. so i moved the init.con file from the servers folder into the map folder but then i just get this message: Failed to initGrid!
i click ok and get another error message reading: The application has generated an exception and will be closed. Please attach the crash dump to the error report. Open dump folder? then if u press yes or no the editor just crashes :S
any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Ok, you need to unpack EVERYTHING. Both Client and Server. It all needs to be in that level folder in the PR_EDIT folder. like with winrar, for both client and server, click "Extract Here".

Recreate your pr_edit folder. Follow the instructions thoroughly.

If you try to load a Premaid map like fallujah you have to create a folder called "Editor" and put the Gameplayobjects.con file in it. then it will work.Cpl.Small wrote::S i followd the tut and i still get the original message when i try to load it
