what are the ROE on civies isnt it like when they have the medic bag out you can kill them?

it should be in this way, but this feature dont work, everytime you engage civilian you get punishment
there is also an exploit with civilian kit, but i dunno should i post it in open forum or not

Don't shoot a civi, just play it safe.

Besides, who cares about kills in a round of Insurgency. The point isn't to get kills but to destroy caches. When there are no cache markers its easy enough to loiter at main or simply defend a far flung FOB to get the necessary intelligence points to find the next cache.

So yea, avoid civis at all costs since the ROE, despite what the DEVs intend for this version, are basically do not engage, period.

Only kill a civi if hes trying to revive a INS when your engaging yes you will be smacked with a RoE but don't let him revive people he will turn blue in the face come to the forums and cry (:.

Well, I usually play PR with a friend of mine, and if we're both on Ins team, he tends to pick a Civilian kit while I grab an AK. I hide in a corner/alley, and he lures some poor American using zap-straps into getting close. Fun stuff.

thanks for telling us what you do as a civie but i need to know the roe it be nice if the devs set it strait cuz i shot a civie with a medic bag out and i got punished.

The ROE is simple and is always been like this:

"Dont fire unless fired upon."

Just watch them, and don't follow to buildings and what not.

well i remeber reading on the frum if the civie has his cell and medic back out you can kill them.
