Hello from USM

Post by USM-ST3.Highspeed »

Hey PR community. Having done this before, Team USM would like to set up a day where our staff members could spend some time showin clan members and pubbers alike, how to properly use teamwork and cordinate squads to carry out assaults.

USM has been at it for about 3 years working to bring teamwork to the gaming community. Several of our former and current military members, including I, have shown that not only can we improve your shooting, but we can also demonstrate a fully operatable squad with 360 degree security at all times, back to back coverage of eachother as well as proper movements throughout any type of terrain.

For you tank whores, chopper whores, and jet whores. Not all is lost for you. If the USM staff is given the opportunity to teach, we will show you all how to work together so that there is minimal to no teamkilling, full cordination between air and ground and a complete kick @#$! team of noob killing, smacktard shootin, respectable ownin, tactical moving gamming community.

Knowing the stuff we can teach you, your gamming experience will change in many ways. Our website is http://www.usmsquad.com. On our forums you'll find a topic for this disscussion. This opportunity needs to be cleared with the Reality modders, because, although we have a server, we haven't had much luck installing the PRMM so we'd need a server to work in. Thank you all for your time and we look forward to hearing from you all. -USM Staff

Hey everyone. To attend a training day, you must post an application at out website. http://www.usmsquad.com under the forum topic called PRMM tactics signup. Be sure to post under the updated application for May 16, 2006 or you're application won't be looked at. The rules are stated clearly on the application. Thanks again -USM Staff.

Hey Guys,

THANKS ever so much for contributing this kind of stuff to the PR community.

Even just the smallest learnings from this kind of stuff can make a huge difference to the quality of gaming experience. Little stuff like learning not to do Medic healing in the middle of an open road can make a big difference to your survivability.

THANKS again for helping elevate all of our team play :)

All we need is for the word to get out that we're hosting this event. People like DEDMON don't think its gonna help, LOL. He says he's ex marine and doesn't need any training. Well whatever. If yer in the military and you know it all then good. Come fill out an application and request to be an instructor to help show these noobs you all talk about how to play a game. Guaranteed, if I put about 2 of my trained teams of 6 USM against a bunch of you pubbers we'd stomp the crud out of the lot of you. Learning the stuff we want to teach will save yer *** in game. Thanks again. -USM Staff

Hey, this sounds like a great idea. Can I ask if there's some kind of webpage or info factfile on your instructors' credentials? Also, I assume this is all US tactics?

Unfortunately there is no proof of credentials. We're just a group of soldiers who want to show what teamwork is all about. As it looks so far, I may be the only one instructing besides a civilian on our team who knows all the stuff as well. Other members on our team who are military, current or former are USM-Snowman, USM-Chuckles, Myself, USM-Venom, and USM-Knewman. Thats all that I can give you. Credentials shouldn't matter in a situation like this. I assure you we won't be wasting your time durring this training event as we've held it before and the Reality developers such as yourself held a server called USM tactical training and we trained about 12 people that day including someone R dev Ghost or somethin I believe. Yes these are US Tactics. USM's website is http://www.usmsquad.com

I think you guys need to simplify your training for next time. Last time, it was way too complicated for regular players and probably not that practical to use or be effective except for a few maneuvers.

There are some simpler ways you can get tactics and teamwork, but without the other unneccessary stuff thrown in.

Yes we are toneing down on the training. It was alot for public players to handle in just a few hours. We will be going Ranger file, wedge formation, tactical formation, 360 perimeters, squad positions, roadside security, room clearing and mabye a few others. The members of USM that are or were military are USM-Hspd, USM Venom, USM-Autowolf, USM-Snowman, and USM Chuckles. Im am the civilian that Hspd was talking about, when im old enough im joining the military hoping to become a US Navy SEAL. I trained with Hspd and run squads for 3 years now. I have conducted training of recruits hundreds of times though they make it feel like thousands lol.

Hope to see you all there,
