sapper IED bug

I noticed that if you drop the IED, if you switch to a different item before the insurgent finishes dialing the cell phone you can not bring the phone back up

Not a bug. But a good gameplay feature that simulates the time needed to actually set up an IED and arming it.

That is easy for you to say, but that doesn't always work, sometimes you might have to switch your weapon quickly what if you drop your IED and come under fire and need to get your gun out? are you just gonna stand there and keep dialing your gf?

I agree but thats the only way to counterbalance the use of IEDs.

If they agree on this then i can argue on, well if im under fire i wouldnt be reloading my clips so slow, oh, well if i was under fire i would push my body to the limits and have some extra sprint to save my life, oh this and oh that.

Im not being mean, im sorry if it comes off that way, im just saying that its in that category of what ifs, but gameplay features and some reality must be preserved.

What ur describing as has been mentioned is a feature.
