Secondly, the suggestion itself. I think bots could greatly increase the PR experience. Two things I'd like to point out:
1. Insurgery.
Right now, Insurgents can spawn as a civilian to act like some kind of medic. People don't really bother shooting these guys - yes, it dramatically increases your respawn time and decreases your score by lots, but the killed civ's spawn time is also greatly delayed (?). Shooting twenty of these guys doesn't really matter, as long as you don't mind having a 5-minute break and -1337 score.
Civilians could be included as bots. An Iraqi family is on the run out of the great city of Al Basrah, trying to steer clear of both raging sides. I think this would really give a war-like feeling, as I don't think a city like Al Basrah would be abandoned fully at a time of battle. Shooting these bots would actually be a big mistake, you only make a kill to drain your points and to respawn much later.
2. You're part of something bigger.
Perfect example here: It's all about the first minute.
I at least get the feeling you're actually part of a war when playing the game. That's just because you have others going with you (mainly, other Blackhawks in that video), and you rarely get such event in PR. I have a feeling you're just fighting a battle without a sense of war. Bots might make this feeling of epicity possible.
Would you please consider this? I got some more ideas but won't spam you down with them
