[OLD] Helmand Province - Public Play Week !!!

Due to this being set up pretty fast it has been decided that instead of a weekend we're giving out a whole week of public play on the new map.

The server, provided by Tactics & Teamwork, will be up from April 5th until Friday 10th.
Details:

IP/port: 85.236.103.12:16967

Password: trainspotting

Download - note that even if you have participated in the match you will need to redownload as this is a modified version of the Map without the UN.

No installer this time, extract and drag the folder into your Battlefield 2/mods/pr/levels/ and overwrite if you already have the map.

If you have not played this map yet, your in for a treat, as this is a great map for some fast action packed infantry action.

1. Why is there a PW on the server if its public anyway?
2. Is more than a statement for myself than a question: You dont have to gain back anything from us cuz the Sangin-map was pure win if you ask me. Everyone I asked to join had a good laugh and thats just what counts isnt it?

1. Password is listed under the IP address in bold.

2. It actually has more to it than just level terrain with cardboard Chinooks ;P

Oh yay, helmand, I've noticed the maps I've been playing recently have allowed people to use tactics and teamwork to outsmart the enemy or use coordination to overcome superior enemy forces.

I hate all of that nonsense, so I'm glad helmand is back as I much prefer being killed by grenadier explosives from halfway across the map and ending up so frustrated I tear out my hair and eat it.
