My qwestion is: Why quanity of the rockets on heli pods do not conform on HUD? Example Cobra have a 14 HYDRA rockets on pods and 38 HYDRAS on fact? I hope for developers can fix it in next version. Sorry for lilttle offtop and Bad English... ops:

Yeah havoc should have 40 and the Z10 an uber 64. Of course they are all different rocket types and sizes, with the Z10 ones being smaller and less accurate than the Hydras for example.

Also the british ones should be like lasers with the speed they go

There is already a reskin of the Havoc for the russians in the PR files of this version...
As for the Hind and Ka-50, all agreed, DO WANT.

Afaik, I recall =USOR=Oleg-Russia offering his Ka-50 Hokum to PR if i'm not mistaken. The model seemed to be done ..
Might either be accepted and OPSEC forbids any leaks of intel on it, or it wasn't taken by the DEVs and the project died.

Sadly, the sole fact that there is a reskin of the Havoc for the RF in the files, points that the Ka-50 might not be in PR.
Sucks tho, because Oleg-Russia had made it work well, even do it's awesome strafing moves in BF2!

Anyway, I'm all for the Mi-35! That amazing flying APC would definitely bring a new type of tactic for Air Assault Inf.

Perhaps you could do a Militia map with limited Russian air assets and then model a Shilka for the Militia.

And i would love to see an Armor/Air map with US vs. Russia in the german countryside.

AFAIK they only got a few of them IRL and they wouldn't really fit the teamwork focused gameplay that is in PR.

They've got about 15 that's that's more then enough to justify it.

Think of it as the Little bird equivalent for the Russians.There is Ka-50 model in AIX2 if anyone wants to see how it looks/flies in Bf2.

I would really love to see that helicopter in-game, though I do find it unlikely to happen because it is a single seater. Actually I have been considering buying a simulator that focuses just on this helicopter (its called Black shark in case any of you want to know), so I guess it wouldn't matter if I couldn't fly it in this game seeing as how a simulator would do so much better a job at portraying it(Doesn't mean it still wouldn't be nice though, would be interesting to see how the devs would implement a one seated attack chopper).

Slightly off topic: I'm glad more maps are incorporating air support, the game could use more planes and attack choppers etc.

Ka-50 is active in Russian service, the airforce currently uses 19 or them, but the army uses an unknown numbers.

I guarantee you however, that the Mi-24 absolutely obliterates the amount of black shark's in service. The army currently has 360. Imo, its the AK47 of the skies. No reason why the MEC shouldn't have it if they are still using BRDM's for gods sake.

Well 1 hour of "work" just made the basic model where I can build more detail ( hence the really flat door and low poly stuff ) Really want to see this one in game. Will post more later. But really want to know If I need to continue on this model. What ya think?

got the model on diet. Lost approx: 1500tris and cleaner look and updated the "wings" and this is for today. Will check later and see if im gonna go with it
