Why the Insurgency hate?

OkitaMakoto;992989']People who hate insurgency dont get the point Im afraid. The point isnt to win[in my humble opinion] its to lose with as much style as possible.

On a historical perspective,insurgency wins,invaders gtfo one way or another,they are defeated most of the time if they dont commit genocide/force evacuation .So it should be opposite,Coalition should lose no matter what,going in style or an embrassing defeat should be their only choice...

OT,i believe its even stupid to ask the question why people hate ins,and there are probably 10 other threads about this subject,but i think i have to repeat it again:

Ppl dont like insurgency because:you dont have medics,you dont have RPs,you dont have kits,you dont have shiny jeeps,armors,apcs,aircraft,scoped rifles,kevlar.You only get 10 seconds less spawn time than coalition does.

But on average your team suffers from a 1:2 KDR ratio,really just look at the kills of both teams on Ins. maps,at the end.100 coalition deaths vs. 150/200 ins. deaths.
Point is that 10 second less spawn time is meaningless,because statistically

You'll get twice the time killed than an average coalition troop.

You'll spend more time looking in the black screen,

You'll spend more time running a suicide mission because you fell off from 2 meters and started bleeding and coughing and want to get killed by coalition before you bleed out...

You'll spend more time trying to flank enemy on foot,therefore you'll have to cover hundreds of meters on your approach.

You'll spend more time lonewolfing because people on ins. side tend to play as lonewolfs more compared to coalition troops.

I dont care about the guys who post "but i love insurgency",you are minority,and your posts on subject sadly dont have a meaning.Because if servers remove autobalance from ins. maps,even a 45 vs. 15 ins. can be considered an optimistic guess.

I like insurgency though on some maps,f.ei check the next map on list,and if its an airmap i switch to insurgency to play as Coalition on next map or sometimes i dont feel like using VOIP and listeninng orders,so i switch to ins. join to an idiot squad or create one on my own not to get kicked,then grab my smg ak(whatever its called) and lonewolf.

I personally really enjoy Insurgency. I find it has great team work (most of the time)

Yeah I'm a huge INS fan as well but people/players are having a hard time understanding the concept. Even if they have been playing a long time.

The idea isn't to win. The goal is to keep the other team from winning. "Well whats the difference?" you ask, and in that lies the problem with players.

But really to go on and on with this topic...its been done to death. Some people like to play force on force and others like to play asymmetrical. And its really that simple.

My advice is if you want to play INS stay on servers that are know to have them in the rotation or are INS only. You'll get less whining and bitching from players if your playing with like minded people. Its the same idea of other games server going from Deathmatch to CTF. You cant make everyone happy and only the complainers complain.
