It would be damn near impossible for a missle to catch, track, and kill a sattelite.
NASA spends billions to send a shuttle into space and get it to meet up with the ISS, and even then a human pilot is needed.
To launch a missle at a sattelite and kill it, you would need huge, multi-billion dollar radar system that could track the missle all the way up in space 200+ miles away, Then you would need to calculate its exact orbit, speed, and distance, then launch a giant multi-stage rocket complete with gas thrusters and billion-dollar computer equipment. Then you would have to invent a new tracking system because sattelites don't give off heat, and would be moving so fast radar would be useless, and then...
