Fantastic contribution qaiex

Yeah I'll volunteer for medic any time I can. I'd rather be ripping a saw up but being a medic gives you allot of action, which I think allot dont realize. I run around allot more.

Now of course your not engaging then enemy but you are having to avoid fire and have your team mate cover you. I think you also get allot of "popularity points" too. Which at the end of the day means more then a K/D ratio.

I feel quite satisfied when I'm able to save downed teammates. How ever I'd rather be killing the enemy.

I feel "good" any time I'm accomplishing my task for the team.

I feel great playing medic because it has a different experience to other kits, meaning variety and fun.

But I generally go SL so that I don't have to take orders as much, so if I get bad orders as medic, I generally don't have as much positive experiences.

if I were you, I'd make a questionnaire with how do you feel on a scale of 1-10 questions, that way you can give some hard (well....as hard as questionnaires go) figures in to ur class.

I play often as a medic, probably 85 % of my playing time is spent as one. During a firefight, I'm usually a few meters behind the squad, covering the rear and using my binocs to scope out targets.
The best feeling is when I get the call for a medic, locate where it came from, jump up and sprint over there, with the bullets whizzing past my ears and manage to save my squadmate. The most frustrating is when I have to decline getting someone back up because the area is too hot and/or the squad is retreating and I have to tell them to give up and respawn. That always makes me feel like a failmedic.

In my experience, the medic always does seem to get a lot of love from his squadmates. That makes it nice to play as one as well. A simple "great job, medic" from a squadmate will always make me feel good.

Oh and a tip for whenever you need healing: ALWAYS use the "Q"-comms for a medic call. A lot of people just call "Medic!" over VOIP, without apparantly realising how much work it is for the medic trying to find out who exactly needs help and where that way. If you use the "Q-rose", not only does a health bar appear over your head, you also show up as a red cross on the medic's map. Makes his a lot easier...

Sometimes I'm the squad medic and I often feel good, but usually like a robot :D A while ago I had to reload twice all the 8 epipens back becasue I just kept reviving people/my squad like a robot welds cars in the factory line.

Im virtually always the medic when not playing transport or squad-leader (not that often) and I can say I enjoy it.

Basically I make sure the rear and flanks be watched 'cause Im always in the rear of the formation. I also provide surpressive fire because my unzoomed weapon will not make any accurate shots over long distance.

Above if there arent any casualty's ofcourse :)

I enjoy playing it but recently I have also checked out some other classes and I like those as well. I have been playing medic since I started PR so I have seen that first aid bag a lot!

I love going medic because it gives me something else to focus on, the welfare of my squad. Though reading some of the above topics, I seem to be playing PR a tad to gung-ho and will usually end up calling for a medic more often than answering those calls.

Maybe it's time to be a tad more realistic....

In any case, it's great to feel you made a difference

How come I see a bunch of answers almost identical in informational value to mine yet I'm the one who gets an infraction?
How is it unhelpful if I answer the question with the exact required amount of information asked for by the poster?

But fine, if it's such a big deal I'll elaborate.
I do not find it rewarding playing as a medic because I find it stressful trying to get to everyone lying there staring at the sky as fast as possible, I also feel like a burden in combat due to the ineffeciency of ironsights.
Last but not least I find it stressful being the one squadmember not allowed to be gunned down due to the value of the kit.
