what ever you do or do not you and your teammates are at the mercy of who ever gets the HAT (and other kits) If you're lucky they won't get wasted right away,if not
you're enemy will have 4 to play with.Limit or not it's all a lottery in a pub game.

Why dumb down the game.

Just play on smarter servers, bingo... problem solved.

Its not the servers that make the game a good'n its the players on the server.

Sure servers have all these rules, but you get the regular idiots which will do something stupid on purpose and ruin the game for every one, the idiots just simply will not abide by the server rules and get kicked/banned, or just take the kits needed by others and screw up becuase they got into a ranged engagement with NME riflemen with scopes or just sheer bad luck.

I don't fully agree with you. Part of the game is lottery with higher or lower stakes, other part you can influence yourself.
