BTW, how do you pronouce my nickname ? Mouhahaha.
that would be 'oteclock or oatclock if you prefer.

btw, do people find my name difficult? ingame I hardly ever recognize my name if people call me because they pronounce it as wakkin, and I myself picture wakain more as wa-kane.

Aute Clock is how i'd pronounce it..

Btw on the subject of French guys we had two come into my petrol-station shop the other day, either a gay couple or a father/son. And the younger one took Playboy down, opened up the centrefold, and shouted accross to his father/bf to buy it for him (which he did). Very bizzarre.

It wasn't until PR that I realized "drkstr" (my usual alias) is easier read than spoken. hehe.

Changing it at this point would be more bother than it's worth I think.

Is it "Derkster" like "Derk" in Team America or "Darkester" as in "Dark"

Remember when I used to call myself "Svafrlami", after a mythological Swedish king (not really my intension, but really hard to find a good unused nickname without having to add faggy numbers behind it!) :( Had to change it because of all the times I died, got lost or didn't follow orders because of the confusion it caused...

Go with "Sobotai" now. Mongol, but easy to pronounce for everyone! (including you anglos) And in the heat of battle it's still easy to hear the shorter version "Sobo" over the gunfire :)

Oh my god I suffer from this like you wouldn't believe. Almost No one can to get my handle right the first time. I don't even wear clan tags. Tang (Drink) Fiend (Addict) You would think this one would be easy but I get everything on the coms.

Tang "Field" is the one I get the most, I think this one is the optical illusion.

Tang "Friend"

Tang "Find"

And yes I have a pitcher of the stuff in my fridge as I write this. As well as some Tropicana no pulp. :-o

I use ShavedAlpaca ingame and one british guy kept calling me Shaved but with an a like the sound you make at the dentist (Say aaaaa, it wont hurt *drill sounds* *pain scream*). Cmon your british, shaved is a comon adverb in your language. Mostly I get called Alpaca, Shaved or by the kit I have. There are some people who are just shit at pronouncing anything and my nick was raped many times with futile atempts :D

'Tomp-son' is what i'd use, because it's a popular English surname and therefor familiar (presumably originates from ''Tom's son'').

My nick gives you all informations about me you need and its extremely simple to pronounce, Herp Derp.

Did you know there are three kinds of guys:

Those who call me Brain
Those who call me Laag
and
Those who change my nick to for example Lagging-brain

Edit: Yes I had to quote Ace Combat Zero for epicness :D .

I wonder how the americans say your name being from Finland as well. You can't even sometimes understund that they are talking to you if you got a Finnish name :D
