If you really understand that the mod is our intellectual property, then you understand that making a mod out of our mod goes against it. If a group or a clan wants to make a mod, then they should go and build their own mod with their own hands.

The mod's learning curve, spawn times, and nature will filter them out automatically (as it always has). When they start TKing and see that TKing will get them automatically killed (intentional tks) and that they have to wait a lot of time trying to make the game unfun for others, it will become unfun for themselves. They normally arrive, and then move by the masses. We're happy about that part.

It is highly irritating to begin at the home base, even though one selected a forwards base to spawn at. Also, people are killed in vehicles, when they don't have a crewman kit.... and never told why. Never told to get out.... We are sometime even SPAWNED in the vehicle, where we are unwanted. And this is supposed to be a REALITY mod, right? Am I the only one seeing a problem here?

I think it is FINE that people can't just take a vehicle..... but don't kill them without warning if they get in, or rather, if they don't get out.
The issues you've brought up are not bugs. Since we cannot mod absolutely everything we would like/need for a desired outcome, then we resort to making some work-arounds. You just need to read the player guide and see how the mod works.
If you did read the player guide, then pay attention to the text that the server displays. It has a purpose and is very helpful, normally to new players like yourself.
If you find something that you truly believe to be a bug, then you can post it in the Bugs Forum. Aside from that, there's also a Suggestions Forum. Just read through it before making a post about something that has already been suggested. On another note, if you're used to giving and taking a lot of critisism (being a system's programmer like you claim) then there's no need to be so sensitive about our (or community member's) replies.
