If you pay for a second server, I'm sure they'll do itIceman01 wrote:i suggest TG get 2 servers runing at a time that would be nice when the servers are full of members the guest can join another server with the same rules and teamwork....
TG did do that with Natural Selection, two 16 player servers.Iceman01 wrote:i suggest TG get 2 servers runing at a time that would be nice when the servers are full of members the guest can join another server with the same rules and teamwork....
Jigsaw is spot on, the community requires mature play, including communications with the other team. Joking with the other team should not involve something that happened in game that was a boon to you, a loss to them or vice versa.Jigsaw wrote:Basically on TG making remarks such as yours are frowned upon and can easily result in a kick. There is no need for taunting your opponent by making remarks like that in all-chat, and it spoils the atmosphere and sense of maturity on the server.
In all probability, it is only a kick and you should be able to join again soon.
Nu råkade jag bevittna din kick och det va pågrund av just tauting, att du skrev det du skrev.Lucke189 wrote:Hey, I played on the TG-server today, and I found a stupid MEC with his Sniper Kit in the middle of the Battlefield, so he was killed and the Squad Leader granted his kit.
Then I wrote in the main chat simply, "Thanks for the Sniper kit, MEC".
And I was kicked with a message in capital letters saying something about "Taunting" and "Now MEC will get their kit back". What was that all about? Are you not allowed to pick up kits now? I can't get into the server again because I just got kicked out, so I can't ask the admins.
A lot of players lead by example. When people see their squad leader talking to armor/pilots/transports/other squad leaders in a clear manner (usually facing each other a few feet apart) they are intrigued and want to find out more. People are also responsive for those that do use it so if anyone is annoying it gets dealt with and if someone needs help getting it set up several regular players are willing to stop playing to help get it going. Of course having a dedicated group that kept it in use until it hit critical mass helped.TheLean wrote:Is quinling 32 part of the rotation on this server?
Great server, I have no idea how you get most people to use mumble without enforcing it.
Just don't type in global. Say that phrase to yourself or to your squadmates.Lucke189 wrote:Hey, I played on the TG-server today, and I found a stupid MEC with his Sniper Kit in the middle of the Battlefield, so he was killed and the Squad Leader granted his kit.

Thankfully TG seperate the teams in mumble, so you wouldn't be able to insult or talk to the enemy dead. Its much better for teamwork.ankyle62 wrote:better yet, get mumble so you can yell at him yourself.
And causes more confusion...Dr2B Rudd wrote:Thankfully TG seperate the teams in mumble, so you wouldn't be able to insult or talk to the enemy dead. Its much better for teamwork.
