I think they do.

The MK 19 is used in either the ground- or vehicle-mount mode. The most often used ground mount is the M3 tripod. The M3 serves as a stable platform when the weapon is from any angle. The MK 19 may be mounted on any vehicle equipped for the M2 caliber .50 machine gun.

rhino if you do end up putting a hummer with a mk19 in pr, could you give the gunner the same delay as the apcs gunners? this way you keep people from soloing the **** out of it.

Or put it on a Stryker. Because IIRC the health of the Stryker is lowered in 0.85, so could be an option. But lets wait until the model is done.

This would be great for the Auto Rifleman kit.

Indeed they do. However, it is uncommon to see the Mk19 on a tripod anywhere. Usually mounted on HMMWVs or on the side/rear doors/ramp of helos.

ehhhh, wrong.

yes more often they are mounted on humvees but are still used for base defence.

and btw, if your worried about having an "unfair" "unstoppable" advantage of a weapon you could always simply remove the shield, that could balance it up more, use the tow humvee model perhaps seeing as it doesnt use a shield.

that would alos help with resizing it as you wouldnt be restricted to the shield's size, though its a good template to get it correctly sized in i surpose

come on, compared to a .50 cal this thing has a lower accuracy and a lower range, and both are deadly, the only positive should be that it destroys light vehicles faster

grenades will kill anything faster and more likely then bullets will anyday.

grenade splash over rate of fire and the longer travel time.

I don't see the problem of it being overpowered if its on a hummer, its basically like an APC that's easy to kill, where you can also kill the gunner (and is vulnerable to molotovs)

And I assume aiming the mk19 will also be harder than with an APC cannon

Yes, and there probably are other AGLs out there that can be used for the other teams, or worse cmoes to worse this is an insurgency only weapon

Yeah Brits use em, i love that bit of that sky program following the pathfinders where politicians are making an arse of themselves on Jackal vehicles, getting to fire the gunz etc.

On that topic, I want a Jackal but that's a different matter
