My personal favourite is Dacks. Best name ever.

A car company named themselves after me a few years ago. I mean, what's easier than Ford?

Since Zemciugas is unpronouncable, everyone ingame just call me Zemi :D Easy to say and remember, so I have no probs there.

It's awesome to be the best.
No no, the important part is being french... :D

Some call me Chiz at times, but 98% Arnold/io. :D

Well it would appear that despite my name being simple, people have yet to develop the ability to not fail at pronouncing it.

bahlye wrote:I can do it with 2 clicks no matter what their name is.. ;) , as for "remember" its ALL in the server logs .

I get called bayley, even though it was originally supposed to be pronounced " ba lie all " (say it fast) .

Once came across someone with 326 aliases for BF2, probably part of the reason all the simple names are gone already ?.
bahlye = Baa-lee-all?

You? Wahha? What, seriously?

I thought it was 'Bhay-lee', or maybe 'Bile'

As for you BillSL.. I always read it as 'Go-a-gypsy' or similar.

This is going rather well! :-P

reminded me of this also http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index ... 007AAojkRy

Wow, this topic is retarted. If you cant pronounce their name, take part of it you can pronounce or simply call them something else.

Also, what is hard to pronounce. If 80% PR community cant pronounce nick X but 80% of world population can, is it hard to pronounce?

Btw why did I write this? Damn Im tired haha.

Bill, I think it's because the human brain looks at the first and last letters of a word, and then the vowels, and basically 'autofills' the middle in.

Hence 'goguapsy' has similarities to 'go' and 'gypsy' if you break it down into syllables. I'm presuming too that it's of a Portugese origin (as a word) so they doesn't read the same for other languages as it does for those from Latin countries.

I figure if you don't have enough of a sense of humor to withstand being called "Koala Feltcher" for an hour, you wouldn't enjoy being in one of my squads anyways.
This is the best post I have ever read.

Until now, I have restrained my r/l penchant for nicknaming people (some poor girl who was a freshman when I was a senior was named something Williams, and I couldn't remember her first name, so I just called her Bill. Years later, I find out that her name is STILL Bill...) from PR... NO LONGER I SAY.

Cockrabbit... priceless.
