Its a problem but we all know how many servers will get up nowadays in West Europe for ex:

NWA full by around 1500
PRTA by 1700
NEW by 1900

If I'm on but can't play I'll AFK seed PRTA or NEW (got a false kick a while ago after 4 hours seeding so stopped for a long time). or just play a bit between what I'm doing at home.

In my area there's rarely much variation sometimes NEW gets going before PRTA, sometimes PRTA never gets going atall.

I see in East Europe the same thing Vbios first then Zebra second lucky to fill.

NO idea of what happens in Aus, but might by moving to New Caledonian soon so I pray one at least is still filling.

Annoying to see any player who seeds being banned when there are so many who'll never seed or join a server with less than 40 on it

IMO the OP isn't a seeder..but a leecher..There is a big difference as Wicca has pointed out.hopefully some of the posts here has shown him the errors of his ways....

(please read my post about a ban in this instance..harsh.. but in some circumstances defensible)
