Played all the Battlefield series, especially the Forgotten Hope and Desert Combat mods for 1942.

BF2 demo, man.

I got a cd key, downloaded the game and PR and never played vBF2, altough I play BF 4F. Never played BF3 and not even looking into it unless theres a PR mod coming out for it.

If you have a squad of friends and you are organised bf3 can very realistic

Battlefield 1942, Battlefield 1942: Road to Rome, Battlefield 1942: Secret Weapons of WWII, Battlefield Vietnam, Battlefield 2, Battlefield 2: Special Forces, Battlefield 2: Armored Fury, Battlefield 2: Euro Forces, Battlefield 2142, Battlefield: Bad Company, Battlefield: Bad Company 2. I think that's all of them before PR

Started PR at the end of 2010 when 0.95 came out.

Started playing when .5 came out so played before pr
Battlefield 1942
Battlefield Vietnam
Battlefield 2
Battlefield 2142

Everything.

BF2 since the demo, found PR in 0.25, switched over entirely in 0.32

I bought BF3 but have not played it... ever

It was the original Muttrah and Jungle fever that won me over ^_^

Played vanilla BF2, BF:BC2, and BF3. I came to PR relatively late, it looks like...

Only played BF3 before. I was curious as to what BF2 was like, so I got a pirated copy that came with PR, played it, couldn't believe how good it was, then bought the actual game because of it. Barely touched BF2 as a result.

2142 > bf2

Voted BF2. Got the demo on the first day basically, and played it competitively for a couple of years with my 1942 clan before it kinda died off and I gave up vanilla for PR and other mods. I'd played plenty of the mods before that though, but not full time so to say.
Technically though I played every BF game since the 1942 demo before getting PR. Never did play Codename Eagle though.

Where is the 1942 option?

i joined PR when it was advertised on vanilla, was that .86?

This is interesting as I thought that we might have a lot that have never played BF2 original. So many players I used to know have since left.

I began with BF2 after retail came out and recently bought BF3, played it maybe for 4 hours total. Just doesn't have what PR is trying to do and teamplay (unless on TS together) SUCKS
