Well if your exporting it to max you should try and get it in max9 since that's what pretty much everyone around here uses and then its already in there for export too, saving you from having to do it later unless your going to look at exporting it though Maya which you will probably have to do on your own since no one in the team knows how afaik.

And ye for Texturing I'm sure you'll get a few offers like CTRs :)

ok i'll check those other formats and se if there is any overlap. if i find a way to export models, i might be able to make some more objects and maybe even shader groups in future.

.3ds or .obj is what's normally used.
