M433 HEDP 40mm cartrige should cause causalties within 5 metre radius, at least accoding to this source
http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/land/m433.html
Performance should be similar for GP25's ammunition, though if they use a HE cartrige as opposed to HEDP, they might have larger kill radius. Either way comparing this to OP's story it looks like they are rather weak ingame.
Would need to test it ingame though.

They're not incredibly deadly in open ground unless you're right near to the blast radius anyway. It's an area weapon (in open ground, unless you're trying to hit a HMG position or something). I think the damage is reflected pretty well, as the squad I was in on fools road was getting royally smashed with effective 40mm fire, I'd hate to see them bump up the damage. That'd be stupid

Increased the 40mm grenade damage to Infantry slightly for 1.0, as the grenades seem to be more powerful in RL aswell.
Thanks for your feedback

So, nobody spoke about them since the buff came out, is there any feedback?
Are grenade launchers now good enough, too OP, or still too less effective in your opinion?

Seems to more deviation then in 0.98 Is it supposed to be like that?

Might be offtopic, but is there anything being done about some models having the rifle scope in the way of the GL sights? For example the Acog on the M4/M16 blocks the 50 and 100 meter signts; you can't see where you're shooting at.

I'm not sure but I think that's realistic, for those certain setups.

Basically no deviation imo. You can sprint for 1 min, stop, aim down your sight and hit a target dead on without waiting from 50-200m. Seems a little OP... but since it is still rarely used and i dont feel like getting owned all the time by GL, i guess its fine as it is.
