This should absolutely become a thing. Quite often comes up the situation where I need to build an ATGM (because it's the only way for the infantry to deal with armor), and I can't, because there are already launchers on the map that nobody's using and no SL can point where they are to allow the commander to destroy them (because it's a pub match, nobody gives a shit).
Happens a lot with mortars too.
