The rally points exploits will be fixed in 0.6. No more super hidden rally points.

If your squad is so good as you say, then why is it so hard for you to find a rally point if you are right on it? Give me a break and stop your complaining. Simply spot it as a boat, or put an attack point right on where you are and tell your squad to attack it.
Seriously, if you are right on the spot, then why do you need a beacon? All that time to model or impliment something for what? To make it easier and eliminate the skill involved in finding them? And the DEVs have already said that they will be fixing the exploit as well.
Even with a subpar or horrible squad, we can still take out a rally point with ease. If the rally point is one of your own ways of spawning, why should the enemy get a leg up in finding it?
Also guys remember, is having a beeping sound or light "reality?"

Actually, my suggestion (walkie-talkie model placed on top of the backpacks with radio noise) was never intended to be a fix for finding glitched rally points. I was aware that the devs already had a fix for this planned for 0.6.
Most of the time, you can easily see a rally point if you are near it, for example if it is just hidden behind a static, so it making a noise is an irrelevance. A rally point can, however, be hidden in long grass (e.g. Mao Valley) or perhaps other places on the map where it isn't glitched, but can't be seen, even from a very short distance, unless you are looking at a very precise angle (The maps/statics were not designed knowing that RPs could be placed on them). In this case, it is so well hidden that a squad could walk past in line formation, each standing 10' apart, and it never be found; this is the situation my solution seeks to prevent. I know I've even run around like a headless chicken after I've spawned on my own rally point, trying to find it so I can request a kit on Mao, just as another poster has.

I dont agree with the main idea but a marker for FRIENDLY RPs may be a little handy.

Speaking of warning signs, has the enemy mine warning been removed from vehicles in .6 and can someone link me a change log for .6 (not the wiki one since it's not complete).

Back from the dead I see (this thread).
Before flaming on, remember I posted this just after 0.5 was released. I had no knowledge of future prospects in 0.6 or anything alike. I still like the idea of radio chatter.
