one thing that can encorage people to be more carefull is the "finish him!" thing

Making the punishment much bigger by each death would actually make people rather hide than attack, since they wouldnt want to die...making this a big game of hide and seek...
This is Project reality, death doesn't come from a face to face sword fight prearranged with an enemy. Also on some of the 30 sec then death penalty servers I will find myself getting bored with stairing at the sky and go play another game. I dont mind it so much when I am just dead and can watch from 3rd person, its just the whole nothing on the screen that makes me loose interest real quick.
