One of my favorite tactics in PR is getting behind enemy lines with Spec Ops kit and destroying Rally Points and Artillery pieces. I love when people complain that there aren't any Rally Points left.

I'll hover close enough to the ground for the passengers to jump in or get out without getting hurt, but I'm not going to land.
Every helicopter has a 30 second warm up. You need to wait the full 30 seconds to take off properly unless you want to tip to the side and flip over. Do not give the chopper any gas until the 30 second warm up has elapsed.KomradePedrovsk wrote:- I've tried taking off with the 2-seat Littlebird but it seems to keep stuck to the ground and then flip over! I've made sure I had the pilot kit as well! Any tips?
I give it gas immediately after I step in, and I can take off fine. It's just a matter of keeping the chopper balanced. While you throttle the chopper, it usually will lean forwards or to the side. You have to counter-act that force by leaning it in the opposite direction so the chopper stays balanced, and then you'll have a successful takeoff. However, I wouldn't suggest touching the throttle on uneven ground. You can use this tactic to get the chopper off from its side too. If the chopper is lying on its side, give it max throttle and spin the chopper in the opposite of the direction that it is lying, and eventually you can flip it back onto its skids.CannonballGB wrote:Every helicopter has a 30 second warm up. If you wait the 30 second period, contrary to what many other people in this thread have said, you will be golden. You will experience no tipping when taking off. But I would recommend you practice flying with your own local server before flying in a live server.
If you are saying that you take off the moment you step in the chopper, that isn't possible as of .5. If you are just giving it gas during the warm-up period, then yeah you can keep it balanced, but it is safer just to wait the 30 seconds.ub3rxn00b wrote:I give it gas immediately after I step in, and I can take off fine. It's mostly random that you get stuck with one skid of the collison model.jackal22 wrote:taking off and flying a little bird is easy, landing one is a pain, if your not bang on level the thing tips over like a drunk after closing hours.
the thing is like every chopper, (especially the lb), if you have to much speed while trying to land, youll bounce and probably loose control after.jackal22 wrote:taking off and flying a little bird is easy, landing one is a pain, if your not bang on level the thing tips over like a drunk after closing hours.
For passengers drop off's though, I have the frame of mind of gettin onto the deck, gettin the boys off the back and then getting the f**k outta dodge as quick as I can.Golden7B wrote:
