You can press a button to spawn a vehicle from another.

Well, you could make a new Bomb type that'd drop a Parachute equipped Light Vehicle...
But Pilot Whores would increase by 500% and Cartillery would come back in a much more funny form...

Blackhawk flies in low.
Enemy Armour: "Wtf?"
Blackhawk [killed] Enemy Armour
Soldier: "LOL!"
