Lol, is that what the doctor said right before he smacked you on the arse?

I dont think it would be a bad idea at all, but not worth the work put in.
Perhaps in PR 1.1 or summin lol.

ya it would work becasue(if no one noticed) look at the USMC skin colors here they are:
Spec ops-White
AP Riflemen-Black
Riflemen-Black
Grandier-black
Eng.-White
Medi-White
Anti Tank-Black

OK so look the amounts are:
Black=4
White=3
OK you can see its close but look most kits are Black. Besides for the ones that take brains no offensive comment there but its true. Ok look a medi has to go to medical school o become 1. A spec ops guy goes through loads of training and a eng goes through alot 2. The other armys are ok but this 1 does not seem right.

Is the rifleman black? Man, I got to pay more attention to details. Falling.

I've always thought this. The ratios of black to white skinned models on the USMC has always seemed a little off to me.

Seems like the black guys are the ones with the Heavy Body Armor.

Anyone who spawns with body armour is black, without is white. No matter what kit you pick up after you spawn, the skin colour will stay the same. Which is why you'll see white riflemen and black medics running around, from time to time.

The race issue, however absurd it is to me (why would it matter?) has been fixed in .6, the number of blacks and whites are proportional now to how it is in real life.

Yup. Each army has two variants, which aren't so noticeable with the MEC and PLA sides (they are if you look close enough). USMC is the most obvious one. White dudes are "light" that is, they have no body armour, and black dudes are "heavy" that is, they have body armour.

DO NOT ask us to randomise the white/black models, because it is not possible.

In fact, its possible (and already is, really) that most of the players will be black, as we are giving more and more classes body armour. The colour of the skin of a model does not affect this choice though.

Something that did make me laugh though was after a long time of playing vBF2, seeing a Heavy (Black) class pickup a spec ops (light, usually white) kit. Seeing a black dude wearing the hat threw me, as it was totally not what i was used to when i look at a spec ops kit. Very funny, looked wierd too.

ya i see those alot on PR really funny. But iam not asking to randomoze just give us the option to choose.
