Ah, shit, I confused it with HAHO!!!

I perform HAHO's because HALOs in bf2 are pathetic and noob like.

Uhhh, about the plane splattering you when you eject... you can safely eject from a plane goin Mach 9 (the Blackbird was able to do so.) Also, in a normal ejection, you are shot out at (just an estimate) 10,000 FPS. Now would a plane going 2000 Km/s REALLY hit you going at that speed out of your canopy?

Wow those are some of the farthest off numbers I have ever seen. the blackbird goes somewhere around mach 3-3.5, and 10,000 FPS is 6818 MPH or almost 2 Miles per second, you might want to re do your math

That's probably going to get you killed.

its a shame the exit point cant be linked to the landing gear. IE when its up u bail 30m above the plane, when its down you bail next to it

in bf2 i'd just go at a 75 degree angle and jump. though in the SU-25 (the mec SU) the passenger bails out almost on top of the the plane, so when he jumps out he has a chance of getting tk'd.

Well for one thing, there is a problem with ejecting from some choppers in PR. If you find that your collective is disabled and try to bail out, the chopper just falls at the same rate as you and it kills you within a short time by hiting into you.

Anyway, the blackbird holds the fastest jet speed record, and you COULD eject from it safely going mach 3-3.5. Anyway, a jet is designed with those 2 rudder things (I really forgot what they are called) so if you did eject the game couldn't splatter you on the US. Still the MiG pilots could eject safely and they had 1 behind them, an ejection seat is designed to clear you from the aircraft decently fast, so as you don't get burned from flames, debrie, etc.
