'[uBp wrote:Irish;494474']really sorry for going off track so i'll mention "give spec ops the scar"
but wrt jaymez, is the kit going to be unlimited request like crewman/pilot? or going to be limited to say... 5 per team like the gren/light at kits?
i can remember playing in alot of squads that were spec ops only doing small man tactics in the backfield before, but if it's going to have limitations on it per team/per squad.. it might just screw it up a little more no?
I believe it will be a limited number but I don't know how much or what the squad limitations will be. Either way don't think it will mess around with having a Specops dedicated squad as long as 2 or 3 of you have all the goodies to bring behind enemy lines.

Spec Ops will be limited kit?
So... How many unlimited kits will be then?
Three (rifleman, engineer, medic)?

Probably like grenadier 5 max.

Probably 4 (female kit). I read many guys want that in the game. Don't ask my why.

A possiblity is replacing it with a rifleman variant whom becomes the new ammo guy but doesn't have 3/4x optics

As for PLA, I'm not too sure, but currently the PLA Special Forces use the QSZ92 silenced and Type 85 silenced sub-machine gun. This would make very little change to gameplay though.
VSS Vintorez or AS Val would be cool, but if I remember correctly they aren't used that often. Also, it seems MEC is moving towards German-made weapons rather than Russian-made (G3SG1 is replacing SVD etc..) so it wouldn't fit.
PLA Special Forces rarely use the silenced Type-85, if they were to use a silenced submachine gun, it would be the QCW05. But since most of the engagements are in wide open areas, it would be more accurate if they used QBZ95/QBZ03...maybe with a silencer or something.

Sounds brilliant. Perhaps you can call the class support rifleman or just support.

USA Spec ops is the only gun that can face a G3 on CQB right now, but it has no body armor, so if both you and your MEC pal attacks each other at the same time, that is it for you. Using smart techinques, flank the guy and etc does not work very well either, your MEC fellow will make the same thing and WILL take you down first, no matter if you shoots first.
MEC does not get weapons from rebels, they are an organized army and buy them legally from weapon makers, isn't it?
But anyway, modern world spec ops uses those weapons there? If they do, so, what the hell?

Actually, H&K license some middle eastern countries to produce the G3 series of rifles, so they might not buy them from anyone outside their alliance.

Iran has licence to make G3s and used them for quite some time, and I think they are selling them off right now.
