Cooking is somewhat less instant than a hellfire hitting your tank. I believe the word you were looking for was "explodiate".
The Hellfire has a 18 lbs tandem shaped charge warhead. The blast it produces is quite small compaired to a 500lbs LGB. Notice in the video that the tank is still there after the shot, not blown to pieces. The newest varient has an improved shrapnel warhead for better performance against soft targets.
