As grunt said, its new, the DEVs will tweak it. Learn its weaknesses and use it in such a way that these are avoided.

But yeah, it looks and sounds pretty cool.

Yea the damage definately needs to go down more. After all the JDAM is just guidance, this could represent a bunker busting bomb being used, destroying objects below ground.

How complete death and destruction up to a 25 metre radius of the bomb
partial death/full destruction up to 50 metres
with the suppression effects spreading as far as 100 metres from target
and the ringing in the ears sound going up to 150m from the explosion

Sound good? :P

I just got back from Qinling. Village was overun by the British, they had armor, infantry and the whole damn cavalry. My squad was the only one assigned to the defense of village, and we failed miserably. Spawning at a nearby rally point, I requested the JDAM... The request goes through, the bomber is inbound. Oh how we thought this would be the massacre of the damn brits, and liberate our fallen village. BANG! Smoke, fire, dust! Yet more than half of our opponents remained standing, unscathed.

So yeah... the JDAM is a little disappointing, especially for something that can only be used once every hour. I'm definitely thinking that the JDAM should be upped in its' power, and/or have a shorter availability time.
