Yes China started issuing digital camo ever since the start of 04... the first digital camo look almost exactly like the Marine uniform and was never really widely used...
But now it's much different and in my opinion better... Just because PRC has digital camo doesn't exactly mean its copied.

Nice work man... but looking at the photos I could only see 3 colors in some uniforms, there are 4 different colors used by every 07 uniform including the background color.
It seems you are missing the black patches on the woodland uniform, and I can't see the desert camo clearly but do you have 4 different colors for the desert camo as well?
Along with that, the light color patches on the Woodland looks too big. The order of sizes of the colored patches, aside from the base color is: the brown patches are the largest, followed by the light colored patches, and the black patches are the smallest. right now the lightly colored patches are too large.
Also, like rhino mentioned, the white/tan color on the uniforms are standing out a little too much, The light colored patches on the desert uniform should be about the same color as the light tan color currently on the woodland. Try adding some worn down and dirty look to the uniform and they'd look excellent.
The urban camo looks very nice as well, but I suggest making the colored patches larger and cover more area. Try making the pattern and patch size around the same as that of the woodland. Other than the missing black patches the woodland pattern is perfect.
I haven't gotten word about which woodland variation is most common, I'll get back to you if/when I receive contact from my friend.
